What’s so great about menopause, anyway?
In today’s world of modern medicine, It would be easy for a woman to rely on prescription medications and expensive doctor appointment to manage her menopausal symptoms. In fact, many of my clients have come to me after trying that method with negative results.
I actually was my very first client. After talking with my doctor and been given a prescription for medications that were to only bandage the symptoms, I really didn’t see any results. I decided to seek out information on my own. Through my education through Amen University and becoming a Certified Brain Health Coach, I discovered natural ways to manage and incorporate healthy lifestyle choices directly impacting menopausal symptoms. I noticed that it didn’t take long before I noticed improvements in my symptoms and weight loss and that’s when I knew I was on to something.
The truth is most women respond much more positively, and see reduced symptoms, when using a natural combination of methods rather than relying on medication that is tricking their body into a hormonal balanced state of being unnaturally.
My clients are always excited to learn that they can take control of their health, make empowered decisions and see incredible results that doesn’t require an expensive medical doctor or medication.
